We're looking for a web designer who turns complex products into clear pages that convert.
Remote
Work from anywhere, with 4 hours of overlap with Romanian time.
Contract
Paid hourly, task by task.
15+ hours
a week available.
Up to $50/hour
for every approved hour.
What you'll do
Landing pages and sites
Design landing pages and multi-page websites for AI, SaaS, and fintech companies, from structure to high-fidelity design.
Clarity first
Make a complex product understandable in the first few seconds on the page.
Built cleanly
Work with our developers so every design builds cleanly.
AI in the workflow
Use AI to explore more layouts and copy directions, then apply the judgment AI can't.
What we're looking for
- Exceptional visual taste and attention to detail: sites that look striking and still convert.
- 3+ years in web design, with live sites in your portfolio.
- Strong typography, layout, and hierarchy, designed to convert.
- You move fast without cutting corners: strong output in 3 focused hours a day.
- Expert in Figma, managing clean design files.
- You estimate your own hours accurately and write clear updates.
- At least 4 hours of overlap with Romanian time (EET).

A 30-minute call to get to know each other. Walk us through the two projects you're most proud of: how you built them, the decisions behind them, and your working files.

Paid task
If needed, a paid task of 2-3 hours ($100), close to real client work. Use the tools you'd use on the job.

Get set up
We agree on rate and hours and get you set up.
