We're looking for a brand designer who builds identities for technology companies, from the first concept to a full system.
Remote
Work from anywhere, with 4 hours of overlap with Romanian time.
Contract
Paid hourly, task by task.
15+ hours
a week available.
Up to $50/hour
for every approved hour.
What you'll do
Brand identities
Create brand identities for AI and software companies: logos, color, type, visual assets, and the guidelines around them.
Decks and launch assets
Extend brands into pitch decks, social graphics, and launch assets.
Systems that hold up
Build systems that hold up across product, website, and marketing.
AI in the workflow
Use AI to explore more directions early, then apply the judgment AI can't.
What we're looking for
- Exceptional visual taste: identities and visuals that stand out at first sight and hold up in the details.
- 3+ years in brand identity, with full systems in your portfolio, not just logos.
- Strong concepts you can explain in business terms.
- You move fast without cutting corners: strong output in 3 focused hours a day.
- Expert in Figma, comfortable in Illustrator.
- You estimate your own hours accurately and write clear updates.
- At least 4 hours of overlap with Romanian time (EET).

Intro call
A 30-minute call to get to know each other. Walk us through the two projects you're most proud of: how you built them, the decisions behind them, and your working files.

Paid task
If needed, a paid task of 2-3 hours ($100), close to real client work. Use the tools you'd use on the job.

Get set up
We agree on rate and hours and get you set up.
