From outdated to credible: how we rebranded Rivera across all touchpoints.

In just two weeks, we helped Rivera, a key player in Romanian agriculture, build a modern brand identity that stands out, elevates credibility, and connects with both large-scale producers and local farmers.

Rivera is a Romanian importer of biostimulators and specialized agricultural treatments, serving both large-scale producers and small local farmers. Despite having a trusted product offering, their presence lacked the clarity and professionalism needed to reflect their impact. In 2021, we partnered with them to build a complete brand identity from the ground up—reshaping not just their look, but the way they communicate their mission across audiences.

The challenge


Rivera came to us without a defined identity or strong digital presence. Their visual and verbal communications were inconsistent, outdated, and confusing compared to competitors. While their products were respected, their brand lacked the structure and credibility needed to win trust in a modernizing industry. They needed to reposition quickly, with an identity that would speak equally well to industry leaders and local farmers.

Our process


We began with research and in-depth discussions with the founder to understand both the agricultural market and Rivera’s role within it. From there, we developed a full identity system—logo, typography, color palette, visual language, and messaging—that balanced professionalism with accessibility. Every choice was shaped by the need to resonate with both enterprise buyers and everyday producers. Alongside the identity, we created marketing materials to support all communications. The process moved quickly, with full alignment and delivery in under two weeks.

The outcome


The result is a modern identity that feels professional, trustworthy, and grounded in nature. It helps Rivera stand out in a crowded market of outdated competitors, builds credibility among buyers, and unifies their communications across print and digital. Today, Rivera uses the identity across all touchpoints, from product labels to marketing campaigns. For us, this project shows the adaptability of our approach: whether it’s a SaaS startup or a national agriculture company, we bring the same clarity, structure, and high-level execution to create brands that work.
