Clipido is a platform that helps teams organize, search, and manage large volumes of visual content. It automatically tags media files, makes filtering and searching easy, and enables real-time collaboration. Instead of scattered folders and disconnected tools, teams get one organized workspace built for speed and scale.

The challenge


While the product was already functional, the interface lacked polish and consistency. It felt unfinished, which made it harder to sell and reduced confidence with potential users. The Clipido team reached out to us to close this credibility gap: bringing a modern, cohesive UI and fixing friction points in the UX that held users back.

Our process


We ran a focused one-month sprint, working closely with the founder to redesign nearly every screen in the app. The emphasis was on structure, hierarchy, and clarity — creating a more guided experience without slowing down the product’s logic or backend.

Beyond the visual refresh, we also tackled key UX improvements:

  • Simplified upload zones with fewer steps

  • Redesigned the tagging creation model to avoid confusion between the search bar and add tag component

  • Created from scratch a new face-detection and category feature, designing both the UX flow and UI screens to make it intuitive for teams to use


By combining a faster design pace with deep product thinking, we made quick iterations while staying tightly aligned with Clipido’s vision.

The outcome


The redesign gave Clipido a clean, modern interface that feels lighter and easier to navigate. Users now move through the app with less friction, and new features like face detection have clear, intuitive flows. Most importantly, the product looks and feels more credible, leaving a stronger first impression with early users and potential clients.

The Clipido team valued the speed and quality of the collaboration: in just one month, we turned a functional but unfinished product into one that teams could trust and adopt with confidence.
